The executive board of AdmissionListNG has observed, the portal and we came to a conclusion that the portal is still under maintenance and is still being worked on, the design to be precise.
We all agreed that the jamb caps admission status portal is not yet ready for use.
Since The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board made the portal accessible, many candidates have been clicking on any available button on the site all in a bid to accept the admission offered to them from their university.

Early last month. the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) disclosed an information to the general public that, prospective candidates of different institutions will first be notified that they have been offered admission either through SMS, email or their JAMB Dashboard before they will be directed to accept or reject the admission on JAMB CAPS.
At the moment there is no official statement by JAMB concerning this and no candidates have been notified by JAMB in this regard.
Important notice to all Jambites: Do not accept admission on JAMB CAPS Portal until your name is being shortlisted among the prospective candidates offered provisional admission into your university of choice.
